Tumbling and Acro (Acrobatics/Gynmastics) Classes at Artistic Motion Dance in Greensboro

Tumbling Class

Come to this class and learn correct tumbling technique offered in a safe, controlled environment. Tumbling is one of the best ways to increase overall strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. The class syllabus begins with basic forward and backward rolls and progresses to handstands, forward and backward limbers, forward and backward walkovers, forward and backward handsprings and forward, backward and side aerial skills. You and your child will be thrilled each time they accomplish a new more advanced skill!

Acro (Acrobatics/Gymnastic) Class

This combination of acrobatics and gymnastics focuses on correct tumbling technique while adding elements of sport acrobatic partnering, stunt work and balancing skills. Developing equal flexibility and strength by working all skills on the right and left sides makes this class challenging and rewarding for your child. This class is great for increasing the students' repertoire for auditions and choreography. Any dancer who participates in this program is sure to see and feel the beneficial results in each discipline of their dance training.
