Welcome to the 2025-2026 dance season at Artistic Motion! We are looking forward to welcoming new and existing members of the Artistic Motion family. Please read all of the information below carefully, as there are important dates to put in your calendar for this year.

As always, we are very proud of our faculty and thankful to them for putting their hearts and minds into the development of our studio. Artistic Motion’s most important goal is to provide the absolute highest quality of teaching in order to enable our students to achieve their greatest aspirations in the performing arts.

FEES and Family Discounts

Annual Administrative Fee (Discounted for Early Registration):
  • $20.00 (first child); $10.00 (each additional child in family) if registered and paid before August 25th, 2025.
  • After August 25th, 2025: $40.00 (first child) and $20.00 (each additional child in family) due with online registration.
Performance Fee: A $60.00 Performance Fee will be billed with January tuition for all dancers participating in the Spring Recital.
Costume Deposit: A $50 Costume Deposit will be billed with the January tuition for all dancers participating in Spring Recital. Remaining costume fees will be billed in March 2026 or as soon as all costumes have been ordered for Spring Recital.
Tuition: Tuition fees are posted monthly and due by the 5th of the month.
Family Discounts on Monthly Tuition:
  • 6-7 total hours in the studio = 20% discount
  • 8+ total hours in the studio = 30% discount
  • Individual students registered for 10+ hours may attend additional classes at no charge.
  • Performance Fee for additional children in the family will be discounted by 50%.
  • Triad Ballet School and Artistic Motion Company are excluded from discounts.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Two Semester Payments (5% Discount Applied):
  • First payment due: September 5th, 2025
  • Second payment due: January 16th, 2026
Monthly Payments: Due by the 5th of each month.
Important Payment Notes:
  • Payments received after the 5th will incur a $15 late fee.
  • Declined Credit Card Payment or Returned Check will incur a $25 fee.
  • You will receive an email from our Account Manager prior to your card expiring.
  • Please remember to enter credit card information when registering. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT CHECK DRAFTS AT THIS TIME. Please do not enter checking account routing/account numbers for payment information.
  • All accounts must be kept current within 30 days, or the Director of Artistic Motion reserves the right to suspend the student from the program until the account is paid in full.
  • Please make all checks payable to Artistic Motion.

TOWN HALL MEETING

The annual town hall meeting will be held on Saturday, September 13th from 3:45-5pm and all dancers and parents are requested to attend.

DANCE COMPANY

The Artistic Motion Dance Company will hold auditions on Saturday, September 6th, 2025:

  • Beginner/Intermediate dancers aged 8-12: 12:45-2:45pm
  • Intermediate/Advanced students aged 13-18: 2:45-4:45pm
Company Requirements:
  • Members must commit to attend each weekend rehearsal.
  • AM Company Dancers do not have to be AM students, but all AM Dance Company members are required to be enrolled in two ballet classes a week at AM or their home studio.
  • The Director reserves the right to suspend a company member with more than 2 unexcused absences.
Company Performance Fees:
  • Artistic Motion Dance Company members will be billed a $100 performance fee per production they participate in.
  • Nutcracker members will be billed on September 30th.
  • Those selected to dance in spring production with Triad International Ballet will be billed on January 31st.
Parent Volunteer Commitment: Parents of Artistic Motion Dance Company will be asked to commit to volunteer positions during each production.
