2026-2027 Registration Information

Registration Fee:

A discounted Registration Fee is offered for early registration:

• $25.00 if registered before August 24th, 2026.
• After August 24th, 2025, Administrative Fee is $50.00 (first child) and $25.00 (each additional child in family) and due with online registration.

Performance Fee: A $60.00 Performance Fee will be billed with the second semester registration for all dancers participating in the Spring Recital. Each additional child participating will receive a 50% discounted performance fee.

Costume Deposit: A $50 Costume Deposit will be billed with the second semester registration for all dancers participating in Spring Recital. Remaining costume fees will be billed in March 2027 or as soon as all costumes have been ordered for Spring Recital.

Tuition: Tuition fees are charged on the 5th of the month.

Family Discounts on Monthly Tuition:

• 6-7 total hours in the studio = 15% discount
• 8+ total hours in the studio = 25% discount

Two Semester Payments (5% Discount Applied):

• First payment due: September 5th, 2026
• Second payment due: January 5th, 2027

Monthly Payments: Monthly payments are due by the 5th of each month.

Important Payment Notes:

• Payments received after the 5th will incur a $15 late fee.
• Declined Credit Card Payment or Returned Check will incur a $25 fee.
• Please remember to enter credit card information when registering. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT CHECK DRAFTS AT THIS TIME. Please do not enter checking account routing/account numbers for payment information.
• All accounts must be kept current within 30 days, or the Director of Artistic Motion reserves the right to suspend the student from the program until the account is paid in full.
• Please make all checks payable to Artistic Motion.
• Checks must be mailed to 3411 Cottage Place Greensboro, NC.

Company Requirements:

• Members must commit to attend each weekend rehearsal.
• AMSA Company Dancers do not have to be AM students, but all AM Dance Company members are required to be enrolled in a minimum of two (2) ballet classes a week.
• The Director reserves the right to suspend a company member with more than 2 unexcused absences.

Company Performance Fees:

• Artistic Motion Dance Company members will be billed a $100 performance fee per production they participate in.
• Nutcracker members will be billed on September 30th.
• Those selected to dance in spring production with Triad International Ballet will be billed on January 31st.

Parent Volunteer Commitment: Parents of Artistic Motion Dance Company will be asked to commit to volunteer positions during each production.

AMSA Dance Company Agreement: AMSA Dance Company agreement is given to parents and dancers at the onset of rehearsals and must be returned by the next rehearsal date.

• Policy and Procedure Agreements are given upon registration for student and parent signature.
• Private Lesson Policy is given upon request and confirmation of lessons.
